Quarvio is a trading name of HustlrHQ Scale LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. Registered office: Flat 4, E1/8, Rohini, New Delhi — 110085. Contact: hello@quarvio.io. These Terms govern your access to and use of quarvio.io and any services offered through it.
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Business email is required to register; personal email addresses are not accepted.
One credit equals one verified, delivered contact. Credits are purchased in packs and held in your account wallet.
Placing an order reserves credits equal to the quantity you select. Delivery deducts credits equal to the number of verified contacts actually delivered. Any unused reserved credits are automatically released back to your balance — you are never charged for contacts you did not receive. Order quantities are customer-chosen; we make no guarantees on yield from any particular filter combination.
Order statuses: Queued → Verifying → Ready. You will receive email notification at each stage. Download is available from your dashboard once status is Ready. Files remain in your account indefinitely.
Verified lists are delivered within 24–48 hours of order placement. During periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 72 hours. We do not guarantee instant delivery and will never imply otherwise.
Every list is verified before delivery. If measurable deliverability on a delivered order falls below 90%, report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@quarvio.io with your order ID and the bounce export from your sending tool. We will return credits equal to the number of bounced contacts that exceed the 10% allowance. All quality resolutions are issued as credits, not cash.
Credit returns for shortfalls and deliverability issues are handled as described above and are automatic or processed within 2 business days of a valid claim.
Cash refunds are issued only in two circumstances: (a) a confirmed payment processing failure where funds were debited but no credits were added; (b) complete non-delivery where no contacts were delivered and no fulfillment was attempted. Cash refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. We do not issue cash refunds for change of mind, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with contact quality where the deliverability threshold has been met.
Delivered contact data is licensed to you for your own outreach and internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide access to the delivered data to any third party. Breach of this clause entitles us to suspend your account without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quarvio's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-business damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
